No refund on early departure or 'non arrivals'.
Full payment is expected with a non arrival' booking.
Specials / Packages are valid upon availability.
All Specials / Packages exclude public holidays and long weekends.
The Specials / Packages are not valid from 15 December - 15 January and any other school holidays in SA.

Cancellation policy:
4 weeks notice - full refund on deposit
2 weeks notice - 50% refund on deposit
less than 1 week notice - deposit non refundable
Bookings are only confirmed once deposit has been received.
